Effects: The Dark Sign is a seal that all Mujōna Clan Members have present directly over their heart. This seal has several effects, present from the day the seal is applied: All Mujōna have an affinity to Katon [Fire Release], and must have it as their first element; All Mujōna regenerate Chakra at 1/2 speed rounded up from a normal Shinobi of their rank; All Mujōna have 25% less Chakra than a normal Shinobi of their rank; and finally, all Mujōna are immortal. The moment their heart stops beating, the seal activates and their entire body burns away in a flash of light, reforming at the secondary seal that they placed. This grants Mujōna Immortality, though their Chakra Reserves are the same as they were before the death. The only way to stop this immortality is to remove the seal, which requires the Advanced Fuuinjutsu specialty as well as two Jōnin or one S-Rank performing the seal removal technique. The moment the seal is removed, the Mujōna clan member dies instantly. Possessors of this seal age normally until 19, and then stop aging as long as the seal remains.

Effects: All Mujōna Clan Members posses the Dark Sigil from birth. At Stage 1, the Dark Sigil causes their eyes to be completely black, with no pupil, iris, or any distinguishing features. All Mujōna at this stage can see in absolute darkness as well as they can in absolute light, and are immune to being blinded by flashes of light or instantly switching from utter darkness to sunlight. At Stage 2, which is where a Mujōna truly unlocks the power of the Dark Sigil, the Mujōna Clan Member gains the ability to see infrared radiation, essentially giving them access to thermal imaging. As everything above absolute zero emits Infrared Radiation, the Dark Sigil Stage 2 allows Mujōna Members to see through certain substances and gain an intensely accurate lay of the land. This is overlaid over their normal vision, which means that the normal penalties of pure Infrared Vision, such as not being able to clearly distinguish trees and leaves, are nullified.

Description: The user placed their palm flat against the ground and places a seal on the ground which is identical to the one on their chest, but is wrapped in their own name. Once created, this seal visually takes the appearance of a campfire, which allows other Mujōna Clan Members to allign themselves to this seal by holding their hand over it. The flame created by this camp fire is an illusion only able to be seen by the member who has it active, though the entire campfire is visible to others. When a Mujōna dies, their body instantly reforms at this Campfire. The actual seal below the campfire cannot be destroyed by any means. A Mujōna may have multiple Campfires placed, but only one may be active at a time. As the flame is an illusion, even if the Campfire is destroyed the flame is still visible only to the Mujōna whose seal is active there. Mujōna Clan Members can use this jutsu regardless of specialties or rank. Campfires cannot be placed within 500 meters of each other.

Description: The user places their palm flat against the bare chest of a living and willing sacrifice. The Mujōna Clan Seal appears over their heart with a severe burning sensation. Immediately after, they are reborn as a full blooded Mujōna at whatever Kuraiinkan the user has active, including all benefits and penalties that causes. This means their primary element becomes Katon, the lose 25% of their normal chakra, and they regernate 1/2 chakra of their normal regen. Any Kekkei Genkai they had before this seal is applied is removed from their blood, and the Mujōna Kekkei Genkai takes over. This jutsu is how Mujōna are born, and can be placed as early as 7.

The primary purpose is in combat, as the burning damage would hurt more than just being sliced. The user is immune to the flames and may grab any part of the weapon.

Immediately upon this technique finishing, the user dies, essentially teleporting them to the new Campfire.

However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

Description: The user coats themselves in chakra and ignites it with Enton, causing it to take the appearance of a furious and undying inferno, never restless and insanely powerful. Due to the heat generated, the user can set fire to things which come within 2ft (0.5m) of the user, and things which do physically make contact often receive instant second degree burns. The fire also ignites the user's neurons, causing them to be 3x faster and stronger while the chakra mode is active, and the flames can be solidifed temporarily for offer tremendous defense against physical and ninjutsu attacks. This technique requires not only the Enton element, but also the user to have some knowledge of how to use another chakra mode, whether through Kekkei Genkai or their Bijuu, or any other means. This technique will cause any other Chakra Mode the user has to be negated, as the flames are insatiable.

Description: By placing both palms on an object, the user is capable of sealing an artificial version of the object inside an artificial dimension created when they first use this technique. The user is able to have any amount of things in that dimension, and once per use by placing their palms together are capable of summoning any one thing from that dimension. Whether it may be a suit of armor, a sword, or a scroll containing thousands of Kunai, they are able to pull/summon any one thing in their dimension per use.

    Description: A shield which has a large weight and a nearly impenetrable defense. This particular shield was literally forced with Isshin's own blood, draining himself dry until he could harvest enough iron from his blood to forge the shield, it responds to his chakra signature by being weightless when he holds it, though it weighs nearly 100lbs (45 kg).
