A normal day... Empty A normal day...

Wed Nov 15, 2017 10:21 pm
The sun hadn't even came up as the red-haired Jinchuuriki of Iwagakure sat in his room, legs folded meditating, as he had every day since learning that he was the host of a living embodiment of Chakra, the Eight tailed demon Hachibi. Whether or not that was his real name Zanjiro did not know, in fact in the two years of meditating he had yet to get a response from the massive Ox. Inside the soul of the red-haired genin sat a copy of himself staring at a set of steel bars, more specifically into the shadows on the other side of them, where his body mate resided. "Hey Hachi, how long are you going to give me the silent treatment, I just want to get to know you, especially as we are going to be stuck together, at least for the rest of my life. We might as well be civil with one another you know?"

From the other side of the bars came a grumbling noise as Gyuuki moved forward his massive ox head being illuminated by the torches on Zanjiro's side of the bars, he spoke his deep voice rumbling as he spoke for the first time in Zanjiro's short life. "I agree, it would be better for both of us to be civil to one another. But after my last host was driven crazy by my power I refuse to be so trusting with it."

"That is fair enough, but I just want to be your friend, I could care less about your power" Zanjiro responded, he was being truthful, the power of tailed beast while desirable did not interest him. At least not at this point in his life, he just cared about getting to know Hachibi. "How about we start with something simple like your name?"

"I am sorry that is something I can not give you, not now anyways. When you earn my trust then I will, but by giving you my name now I run the risk of repeating past mistakes. I hope you understand Gyuuki responded before retreating back into the shadows signalling that their conversation was over.

Opening his eyes, The red haired genin unfolded his legs and went for a run around the village,  it was a part of his normal routine, watching the rise of the sun while he ran. Reaching the highest point of the village in time to see the bright orb crest the horizon. Smiling at the serene view Zanjiro relaxed waiting for the sun to finish cresting the horizon, hearing the sounds of the village waking up around him. An hour after the sun had came up the young genin made his way to the training grounds.

Though as he arrived he came across a trio or New graduates picking on someone who had failed out of his class, bullying the trainee for choking during the exams. Rolling his eyes Zanjiro ran his right hand through his spiky red hair as he approached, "Hey you Punks, why don't you pick on someone your own size"

"Oh would you look at that, the freak is sticking up for the loser. Why don't we teach him a lesson." The largest of the trio said, apparently confident in the numbers were on their side. Though he and his buddies all barely passed the graduation exam, and none of them were anything special in any particular classes. The three of them left the young man alone and started to motion themselves in a circle around the young jinchuuriki smirked, while he himself didn't really shine anywhere, that was by design being the host of the 8-tails caused him enough grief amongst his classmates earlier, no point showing them up in Taijutsu practice as well.

Once the trio had Zanji surrounded the large one, an arrogant punk named Kai rushed him throwing a well telegraphed right straight that seemed to practically be in slow motion, Rolling his eyes as he ducked the blow Zanji stepped in striking Kai hard in the stomach with a chakra infused elbow strike spinning around as Kai doubled over in pain Zanji struck down with both elbows causing Kai to crash down into the ground hard. Zanji dashed towards one of Kai's buddies slamming them in the chest with hakutou forcing his target airborn before lashing him upwards with Baek Rok.

As Zanji turned his attention to jerk number three, he found that Kai's last buddy had fled. After checking on Seiji, to make sure he was okay Zanji would walk further into the training ground to look for a proper training partner.

A normal day... Empty Re: A normal day...

It had been another busy day for the woman who had naturally risen early as she did every day considering her rank didn't allow her to sleep in, relax, or do any of the enjoyable things that other shinobi had the luxury of doing. Her day consisted of rising before the sun and readying herself in her ANBU attire of black clothing with a black and red fox mask. Of course, her ears and tail stuck out like a sore thumb on a small child; nonetheless, she cared not if the people in her squad knew of her. Her job was to stay a mystery to the outside world and protect those of her own village; therefore, she would make herself a mystery. As they did every morning before the village stirred, the group of ANBU would wander the outside of the village to make sure the perimeter was still in tact and well protected. Every day without compromise the woman would return to her humble home returning to her jounin styled clothing leaving the village unknowledgeable of her current rank making them all the bit more safe. Then as she was prepared, Abella would arm her security measures and head towards the bustling parts of the village. It had seemed as she arrived that there were children running about and elderly people enjoying the cool morning air. The people of the village one by one would greet her, thank her, smile at her, and she would return the same treatment she received without speaking too much for she wasn't one to babble. After a trip through the more congested parts of the village, the ANBU figured there was destined to be a poor soul improving themselves in the training grounds for it was nearly always in use at one time or another. So, the woman would move to scout out the area before hearing a ruckus nearby prompting her to swiftly move to the rooftop of a building to watch whilst kneeling without leaving a sound as to prompt her presence.

Abella had arrived just in the very middle of the squabble leaving her a bit disappointed but also very impressed that a child had taken on three of his genin mates. He had made a bold and brave impression in the mind of the ANBU, as she smiled down on him. He had checked on the one he stuck up for and then strolled along. Perhaps, she should test his ability a bit more. The woman would leap off of the building as the boy moved out of sight doing a front flip landing on her feet onto the ground below. She would move to the entrance of the training grounds before moving at a speed grater than the child would have been able to follow and a silence that would rattle his core to the bone considering her level in the art of the silent kill. Without so much as a warning the woman would find herself directly behind the boy before attempting to land her finger upon the boy's shoulder in a poking motion, as she awaited his response to such a startling level of stealth.

A normal day... Empty Re: A normal day...

Zakul's search was proving to be rather pointless, his reputation as a jinchuuriki tends to have one of two reactions. One fear, the fear of the fact that he is different, of the fact that the last person to have hosted the beast inside of him had gone on a rampage and cause large amounts of destruction. The other reaction was that of disdain, a sheer hatred of his very being that seems to cause those that feel it to try and pick on him. Either way people seemed to be avoiding him like the plague today, which was really bothersome to the young jinchuuriki. At least until he felt a light touch on his shoulder, jumping slightly he spun around counter clockwise lashing out with his right leg in a roundhouse like motion. Stopping it dead what would have been inches from the anbu's face should she not have moved, the force of the kick would have created a decent breeze when stopped.

Assuming she didn't react with a counter to lay him flat on his ass Zakul would lower his outstretched leg and bow to the woman before him, saying "I am sorry M'am."

A normal day... Empty Re: A normal day...

Abella had seen it coming, as it normally did with those that she suck up on. The boy had gone directly into the offensive and swung his leg directly for her face leaving her without fear of contact. Abella had been trained to take threats as brutally as possible giving her an increased sense of endurance, so if this boy had connected with her face it wouldn't have been a true bother. Amber eyes would watch intently as the boy's foot stopped before connecting with her smooth features. As his extremity froze, a small gust of wind would blown her hair a bit to her left, opposite of the boy's foot. Immediately, he would apologize finding himself in a bowing position forcing a soft smile on the ANBU's face as her tail seemed to swish around just a bit. "Your level of restraint is impressive for someone your age. I should be the one to apologize for I scared you in the first place, yes? I saw what you did for your child friend and wished to test you. So far, I am satisfied with what I have witnessed.
What is your name?"
The ANBU would continue to look down on him in her most charming of ways. Abella had a sort of prim and proper aura, but one that was attractive in a way. She didn't seem the least bit snobby, but rather sort of light, airy, and brimming. If she were an ocean, she would have soft crashing waves unlike that of a stormy, darkened day wave. If she were part of a sunny day, she would be the cool breeze that would blow through the hair lifting it majestically. Abella was subtle, yet she was quite memorable in these ways. She was mysterious, but there was no reason to know anymore about her when she already made people so calm and joyous. "What is your goal here?" She would say looking around the empty training grounds.
