Standing at about a height of 5 feet 6 inches is the very essence of beauty almost perfect in every way. From the tips of her toes to top of her head, everything seems completely flawless. Every feature seems to compliment another and every curve seems to do so in just the right places at just the right angles. Her being is truly astounding and her aura is that of royalty. Her presence feels so soft, welcoming, secure, and warm.

Her curves are quite noticeable and easily fawned over from her beautifully chiseled, wide hips and full bottom to her rather blessed chest, it's all quite defined. Her small, yet semi pointed chin, is no flaw in the fact that it creates a young and sweet look to her features, considering she is now in her mid-twenties and looks quite a bit younger than so. Her arms are proportioned rather nicely to the rest of her, although they don't seem to be muscular in any sense, but she shouldn't be taken lightly for she holds great strength. Her legs hold a wonderfully soft and smooth feature to them with her thighs being thick looking and her calves filling out quite nicely. Her abdomen doesn't hold a trace of muscle, however it is quite noticable that she holds her health to a high standard considering the flatness, yet firmness of it. It is however quite noticable that Mei has a mark upon her stomach that she claims to be a tattoo of sorts, although it is the sealing mark of her bijuu.

Covering her wonderful goddess of a frame is skin that is so fair, yet so smooth. However, nothing compliments her complexion like her long, natural dark brown hair. It hangs at a length that is just below her hip by only a few inches. The beautiful locks are normally left to flow and hang as they deem fit while her luscious bangs hang straight across her forehead leaving both of her eyes easily open. And what wonderful eyes they are, complimenting her lovely locks with their odd colors, bright green and dark blue. They hold a sense of wonder, fierceness, adventure, and care that could reel someone close in a matter of just moments. Just under those odd orbs is a small, cute nose and a pair of small, soft, pink lips alluring to anyone who dare speak to her.

Upon a woman so wonderful in appearance should be clothing befitting that of the most high and royal. However, this Kage doesn't feel putting herself up to such standards is good for her image, so instead she wears that of what most Jounin would wear. Although she lives in a village of high climate, she always wears a pair of dark, skin tight pants with a pair of boots to match. However, her top is simply that looking of a white sportsbra type top, with a pink flower occasionally found within her hair when one can be brought to her. Of course when it is needed, Mei will wear the traditional Kage uniform.

Personality::

Mei is the type of unpredictable woman that is all over the board, however she is firm in her morals and loyalties. No matter what decisions she makes, they will always be for the benefit of Sunagakure.

Cheery/Energetic/Confident/Adventurous: Mei can be seen as quite the chirpy and cheery woman that can always be seen with a smile upon her features. It almost seems as if nothing can get her down and the sun's brightness doesn't even compare to her very own. Her smile lights the darkest corners of the world along with her perky demeanor, which would seem to make anyone the slightest bit happier. This makes the brown haired woman seem more approachable. All the shinobi wishes is to make others happy and wants to make others feel good about their place and feel welcomed in her village. Being who she is, Mei is completely outgoing to anyone and she doesn't hesitate to speak, even if it seems to be random nonsense. She always wants others to feel open and free around her making them more comfortable. Along with her energetic side, Mei has a strong sense of adventure. She is always wanting to roam, be free, and work for the peoplw the way she once did, alas that's not always the case for this one.

Loving Kazekage: Mei is a very sweet girl and loves the people of her village. She treats them all with respect and will do anything she can for them, even at the cost of her own life. She would take anyone's place to protect them from being injured or harmed in any way. More than anything, she loves the children of her village with all her heart she treats them with the love and care of a true parent, even if she biologically isn't. Mei is also very protective of everyone in her village, no matter the threat. It is one of the things she hates the most and makes her blood boil. In such situations, it is very easy to watch Mei go from cool to very heated. It just shows how deeply her bond is to the people she swore her loyalty to.

Serious: Mei has a normal aura of seriousness, which is highly recommended having when one ascends to the rank of Kage. Although Mei seems to value her childish points more than her serious ones, that doesn't mean that she will completely abandon them. In order to work in her position, Mei needs to hold a sense of seriousness to keep things secure, protected, and running smoothly. Once things shift out of line, become difficult, or become frustrating to the odd eyed beauty she will completely put aside all aspects of her happy-go-lucky ways to repair the damage or keep the damage from being done to begin with. Her seriousness is evident around all shinobi  during times of meetings and such. Her mind can become highly focused and dull to anything but work relatedness.

Hard Working: Mei is also a very hard worker. Everything she does is for her village and loved ones, albeit she doesn't necessarily have a family of her own. She always tries harder each timd and is never the kind of person to give up. Mei trains every day to become the best she can be, so she can make her village proud of the woman they chose to guide them. She will never give up because that means letting people down and that is one thing she would never be able to live with. Mei also finds that training is fun and keeps her in touch with all of her weaknesses. This also makes her quite stubborn in her ways and is difficult to sway once her mind is already made up. Nonetheless, it can also be considered a strong point in the eyes of many making her quite respectable.

Seductive: Under all this sweetness and care, is a woman who is quite the temptress when it comes to men. However, it's not just any man that she chases after, it's a man who truly captures her attention and one she finds worthy. Any man she deems loyal to her every will, any man she deems love struck over her beauty and personality, any man she can use for the sake of her people's safety, and any man who can handle her desires. Although this may seem highly manipulative to most, Mei truly falls for any man that would give everything for her and he gains the same amount of love in return.

At this stage their endurance has transcended so high that they are now immune to the sensation of pain, even at a point where others would have passed out.

Description: Through intense regimes of training and a great deal of stretching, a possessor of this SC has now approached the tier of master in regards to their own Kinesthetics and as such retain a level of flexibility and agility that one might find common among career contortionists. Through application of this talent they have mastered even the advanced forms of the evasive maneuvers taught to them and as such are able to dodge even rapidly accelerated attacks aimed at them.

Description: The host of the two tailed bijuu temporarily transforms into the giant bijuu long enough for the Bijuu to make one claw swipe downwards at a target. When the cat's paw comes into contact with either the target or the ground it erupts into a giant blaze of purple/blue flames engulfing the surrounding area and making the entire attack harder to deal with. Once this is done the Host returns to normal.

Description: The user gathers healing chakra into a white orb and moves it over injured areas. The longer the user sustains this the more healing is recieved but the more chakra the medic must expend. This heals minor cuts visibly quick, and can heal gashes and stabs in three posts, but this level of medical ninjutsu is not able to deal with anything beyond that. As shown when users failed to heal organ damage or heal a broken limb fully.

Description: A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. The user concentrates chakra to that area and begins the cell recreation process even before the targeted area becomes damaged. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land. Even more than accurately predicting the attack or instantly gauging the situation, a great resilience is necessary.
