In typical me fashion she is somewhat cocky but masks it with indepth knowledge and cool. she loves flowers and has no problems trying to help out others. She usually keeps her power level at next to nothing simply to keep others around her from knowing her true strength. She hates taking sides as it gets confusing but will do as she's told by superiors.

She see's the world as a beauty more than an annoyance so she still does not wish it or those who dwell within it any injustice. She believes that whatever she is doing is the correct choice as she always follows her gut in the heat of a situation. She is a severely logical person. If something irrational happens she'll find a logical way to explain it regardless of if it is 100% accurate or not.

She tends to not be very creative and as such would rather read books than paint or draw. She is both playful yet serious as she tends to switch between the two of them. She'll follow her ideals and goals to the letter but she can't help having a playful and cocky attitude during matches. When push comes to shove however she becomes fully serious and gives it her all in order to complete her objective.

She will never back down from a challenge. She will always step up to the plate and fight back whether its mentally, verbally, or Physically. This might be considered being stupid but its one of her more admirable qualities. There is no challenge she won't accept even if she knows she can't win. She is extremely confident..perhaps even OVER confident in her abilities. She is considered very vain in how cocky and somewhat arrogant she can be when talking to others.

She does not have problems formulating plans of her own devices but isn't exactly bright when it comes to mind games. She easily falls for being baited into anger and usually responds extremely hostile to any form of threats. She cares about her subordinates as much as a she should but she doesn't have any strong feelings that would guide her to be overly protective of anyone. She is more of a loner in this respect and doesn't show much affection for anything. She can organize plans well enough but when it comes to keeping her home clean and neat she utterly fails. She cannot maintain any amount of organization within her own life.

Bijuu Perk: Kurama is probably the most famous of all of the Bijuu, he grants his host a faster than normal rate of healing. She heals from minor cuts and damage over the course of one post. She can heal from deep stabs and gashes over two posts and she can heal from a chidori to the stomach using only Kurama's healing ability twice per thread.

Description: This affinity is restricted to Jinchuuriki. All Jinchuuriki have this affinity by default, and it does not take up one of their slots. The possessor of this affinity may choose between a bonus 65 CP, or a +5 to their Chakra Regen. This choice cannot be changed once made, and regardless of choice, the Chakra Capacity affinity cannot be taken by the character. In the case of Kiyomi she took chakra regeneration as her bonus.

Description: Over a decade or two of constant adapting and training in one’s physical attributes has finally lead them down the path of speed. Having chosen speed as their dominant ability, shinobi with such talent are able to move four times faster than the average ninja of equal rank. Their speed is so great in fact, that should they hit their top speed, they can essentially become nothing more than a phased blur from the high-speed movement. The movement is so fast, that little beyond the Sharingan or exceptionally keen perceptive abilities can spot them.

Description: Compounding upon the gains of the 'Improved Evasiveness' Special Characteristic, a possessor of this SC has progressed to an adept level of mastery over their own body, not only through their own flexibility, but also of their surroundings and standing, thus they have become more proficient in regards to evasive maneuvers and general agile movements. At this stage a Shinobi has become notably more flexible than their peers which in turn allows them to contort and bend their bodies in ways that make them quite difficult to hit within combat.

Description: The ninja awakens a dormant talent they've possessed and develops a new type of sensory. Now being classified as a "Sensor Ninja" the ninja is capable of detecting the presence of other people through a unique application their chakra. This sensory ability has two main facets of function. With the first the user must remaining focused and stationary and as a result the sensor will be able detect their targets from a great distance which can extend to a maximum of 100 meters. In this state they are capable of differentiating a character by their signature chakra alone to such an extent they can pin-point any individual within their sensory limit even if they are surrounded in a crowd as well as the size of their targets' chakra reserves. In the midst of combat, this ability is far less refined as the user is unable to maintain the proper focus. Without the proper time and effort a Sensor is only capable of utilizing their basic sensory at a maximum of 20 meters and the details they gain are far less specific. They are only able to recognize those of a familiar chakra signature with ease and beyond that their abilities are limited to a sense of vague location with no clues in regard to the actions or abilities of their opponents. It's not possible to sense without at least a minimal amount of effort, regardless of whether the enhanced or less refined senses are being applied. If multiple people are in close proximity to each other, it becomes harder to differentiate between chakra signatures. At max range, if people are within 5m of each other, their chakras become muddled. If the targets are within 20m of the sensor, their chakra only becomes muddled if they are within 1m of each other.

Description: The user has focused on their spiritual body for so long that they have a natural attunement to it. Mutually exclusive with Physical God, as a user may not have both. Neither the cost reduction nor cost increase affect Upkeep.

Description: The user is a fast learner when it comes to new techniques, experiences, or anything else. With this trait, a user is able to learn another trait by observing it once, replacing this trait, at any tier, though they may not use this to obtain two Traits that are exclusive with each other. Alternatively, a user may use this Trait to learn a single Physical or Chakra-based Affinity, up to A-Rank. This Trait may only be taken once, and when used in either way is removed with an Open slot remaining for the user's Learned Traits. This trait must be learned on the user's own, without outside help, and must be used by witnessing someone else utilizing what the user wants to learn.

Name: Adamantine Sealing Chains

Description: This technique moulds the user's chakra into extremely durable chains which can be used for various purposes, such as directly combating or physically restraining their targets — foes even as powerful as a tailed beast. According to scholars, these chains could also be used to bind the chakra of a target, completely neutralising them if they weren't strong enough to resist. Using the chains, one could also erect a barrier strong enough to prevent anyone or anything from entering or leaving the perimeter defined by the chains. The barrier is very durable, as people have stated that there was nothing anyone could do to interfere with what was going on inside once it had been erected.

Description: Through biting and consuming the user's chakra, the user can heal the injuries of others, as well as themselves. This ability has been shown to heal even life threatening injuries, and is also capable of quickly restoring the stamina those healed. This technique, however, rapidly depletes the user's own chakra reserves, and is left with a permanent bite mark every time one uses it. Due to its depletion of chakra, it is dangerous for one to use this ability too regularly.

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user slams their hand on the ground after which a sealing formula, that originates from the user's hand, forming underneath the target. When the seal activates, anything above the inscription is sealed within the formula itself.

Name: Dead Demon Consuming Seal

Description: The Dead Demon Consuming Seal is a sealing technique developed by the Uzumaki clan to call upon the power of the Shinigami. After the hand seals are performed, the user's soul is partly separated from their body and suspended behind them. Behind their soul appears the Shinigami, which restrains their soul with its hair. Only the summoner is able to see the Shinigami at this point. Eventually, the Shinigami wraps its left arm with prayer beads and chants unintelligibly until a cursed seal appears on its arm. It then drives its arm into the summoner's soul, thus allowing the summoner to call upon the Shinigami to seal a target. The technique can either be initiated at close-range, immobilizing the target while their soul is extracted, or from a longer range. The Shinigami's arm emerges from the summoner's body and grasps the soul of the target, enabling the target to see the Shinigami as well. Once the target's soul is grasped, the summoner can remove the target's soul and seal it into their own body. Hiruzen was able to seal multiple souls by using this technique in conjunction with the Shadow Clone Technique. The sealing, however, is not necessarily complete nor automatic; for example when Hiruzen used it on Orochimaru, he had to rely on his own physical strength to extract Orochimaru's soul. Because he lacked the strength to fully do that, he opted instead to only seal Orochimaru's arms, accomplished by having the Shinigami cut off the arms of Orochimaru's soul; this paralysed his arms and prevented him from performing hand seals and by extension most ninjutsu.

Description: This technique involves invoking the Shinigami using a mask from the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple. From there, the summoner is possessed by the Shinigami allowing them control over it, they can then force it to cut its own stomach resulting in the release of the souls sealed inside. Due to the possession however, the same damage will reflect on the invoker's own body. After the souls are released, the person is free to do as they please with the souls.

Name: Rasengan (Normal, Vanishing, Planetary)

Description: The Rasengan does not require hand seals to perform and is considered to be the highest form of shape transformation. Once it is formed, it also does not require any additional chakra to sustain it, which means that there is no definite limit to how long the Rasengan can be used. Though the Rasengan's shape is consistent from user to user, its size varies from only barely large enough to be noticeable to much larger than the user's hand. With greater experience with the Rasengan comes a larger size.

The user is also able to use Vanishing Rasengan - with the difference with this variant being that the user adds wind nature to the Rasengan causing it to disappear from sight making it harder to predict as it becomes a sneak attack of sorts.  This "vanishing" only kicks in when the Rasengan is thrown however, and only when thrown as the normal version.

Planetary Rasengan consumes far more chakra and has far more power than either of the other styles of the jutsu as it creates a single giant Rasengan in one of the users hands, which is then surrounded by three regular-sized Rasengan, in a similar manner to moons around a planet. When coming into contact with a target, the disordered rotations of the individual Rasengan, created by the central and smaller ones spinning in different directions, interact with each other to form a massive and turbulent wave-like vortex. The strength of this technique is so great that it even took a shinobi reincarnated by the Impure World Reincarnation technique a significant amount of time to regenerate, which they normally do instantly.

Description: This jutsu causes Kiyomi to move at extreme speeds, no matter her current position, and attempt an 10 hit combo with anything she has (fists, feet, weapons) where she weaves and rushes back and forth around her opponent in mere moments still maintaining shunpo speed she is able to target up to three people (splitting the 10 hits between them) as long as they are within the maximum range of eachother.

Description: When this ability is triggered she is able to produce a black flame from thin air which attempts to engulf up to 4 opponents and "hit" them 4 separate times like a damage over time effect over the course of the abilities appearance. If any hit lands the opponent is ignited in black flames for one post on the point(s) of contact, which cannot be dealt with nor refreshed by any means, which causes second degree burns on the afflicted area and additional fire damage, because fire is hot. Duh.

Description: A combination of Fuinjustu and Summoning Jutsu. Using this causes a scroll to appear in Kiyomi's hand which she tosses into the air above her opponent, then summons dozens of different weapons from it to rain down and impale anything in the immediate vicinity. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks, and due to the fact that the attack covers a large area, it makes this technique quite difficult to evade. She also has added explosive tags to these weapons to increase their killing power.

Description: A simple technique whereby when the user clasps their hands together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Name: Barrier Gate Five Seals Technique: Castle Closing Eight Gates

Description: This technique requires a scroll on which a blueprint of a particular area will be mapped. When activated, it causes four giant gates to emerge north, east, south, and west of the targeted area. Afterwards, the gates form a barrier around the area. This barrier has a very high durability, and anything that makes contact with it is immediately engulfed in flames. The only way to pass through the barrier unharmed is with a special seal.

Description: Similar to the Shunshin Technique this jutsu allows the user to travel short to long distances at extreme speeds. The user is so advanced in the technique they've added their own spin to it. In Kiyomi's case anytime she uses reach top speed she emits a red flash of chakra light before seemingly vanishing into thin air entirely, This is achieved via a jutsu formula she devised in her free time which is applied to the bottom of her feet.

Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Despite it being a basic ninjutsu taught at the Academy, it is seen as a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations as it allows for a swift getaway from danger. The technique even allows a restrained shinobi to escape capture. Due to fairness this technique is limited to 4 uses per thread.

Description: A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Shadow Clone Technique, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it. When the crow clone is defeated, the crows can be used to blind the opponent, leaving them open to a counter-attack.

Description: Akin to a warrior's dance performance, the user is able to rapidly and relentlessly bombard the target, with precision, at various angles and locations. This style, comprised of sheer unpredictable movements, can easily catch their opponents off-guard. Even those who wield the Sharingan have shown to have had trouble keeping up with the movements and were forced to go on the defensive or retreat.
